GERO Construction & Development Ltd. was established in 1976 by the principal, Ron Boese and another partner. GERO started out as a residential contractor and building houses has always been an important part of the company’s operations. As the years progressed, GERO has become involved in oilfield concrete work and site upgrading. In the last 10 years, the company has diversified even further into commercial and retail-type construction. Since buying out the partner in 1986, Ron has operated as the company’s sole owner. In 2000, Ron added a USA Division of GERO. This division is known as R. Boese Consulting Ltd., and it is through this subsidiary that we now do all our USA work.

Since GERO’s incorporation we have not only been constructing buildings, we have been building successful relationships with our customers. Our success is due to our commitment to build relationships on trust, honesty and integrity, and to fulfill all the promises that we make.
