At GERO Construction & Development Ltd., we pride ourselves on being mobile. We have taken out building permits in approximately 30 towns and eight states in the past years. We have done extensive renovation work for the Pincher Creek Co-op Grocery Store while the business was in operation. In addition, we have also done major renovations on different hotels and motels for Glacier Park in the United States and Waterton Lakes National Park in Canada.

Between 1998 and 2007, we constructed a single-level seniors condominium complex with attached garages as well as numerous single-family homes and a multi-family complex in Pincher Creek comprised of four-plex, tri-plex, and single units coupled with a 16-unit building. Currently, we are working on two major projects: a UFA and Heritage Inn addition, as well as a one-million dollar residential contract for a medical practitioner. We are currently in the process of building a five duplex complex in Pincher Creek.

With this mobility and experience in many towns, GERO has developed a network of contacts in the construction trade that give us a definite advantage in starting jobs on short notice with demanding completion dates. We maintain this advantage by keeping four key supervisors - all journeymen certified - employed on a full-time basis. We now have our own millwork shop on the premises for on-time millwork delivery.
